Running a campaign takes significant resources. Donations help cover the cost of campaign signs, printed materials, advertising, events, volunteer resources, office operations, and connecting with residents throughout Prince George.

Every contribution, regardless of size, helps strengthen this campaign and is sincerely appreciated.

Campaign contributions are regulated under British Columbia’s local election financing rules. Please review the eligibility requirements before making a contribution.

The Local Elections Campaign Financing Act requires us to record the full name and residential address of every contributor. Contributions of $100 or more are disclosed publicly by Elections BC (name and amount).

Eligibility

Only individuals may contribute. Businesses, unions and other organizations cannot donate or reimburse a donation.

Campaign contributions to local elections candidates are not eligible for tax receipts. Anonymous contributions over $50 are prohibited by law.
